Area Manager

Location: Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

Job Objectives: To lead multiply branches to meet their targets, be responsible for all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development, and be accountable for visual merchandising in assigned stores. Actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.

Essential Duties:

  • Setting sales targets
  • Maximizing sales and profitability
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Driving team performance
  • Controlling the training and development of the staff
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services
  • Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
  • Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities
