Location: Kuwait

Job Objective: Provides friendly and efficient patient experience, answering phones, maintaining patient files, scheduling appointments and recalling customers for their orders.

Essential Duties:

  • Greets, assists and serves customers on floor at any and all points in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service.
  • Responsible for handling the cash register systems and sales transactions (makes change and issues receipts to customers).
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and rules related to the sales, collection, return, replacement, etc.
  • Collect payments from the customers and stamp the invoices to signify the collection, and handle the collected money as per the company procedures.
  • Review daily cash sales according to the collected money and prepare required sales reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience preferred
  • Computer Skills-To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal  skills
  • Speak, read & write English, Arabic a plus
