HR Government Relations Officer (Arabic Speaker) Mandoub

Location: Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

Job Objectives: Liaison with government agencies to follow all labor related manners and governmental issues.


  • Visa processing to procure visas (of any kind) for inbound and outbound employees.
  • Liaison with immigration authorities Liaison with labor department authorities.
  • Liaison with embassies Visa documentation and submission Proper document management - responsible for the presence of validity of statutory documents relating to the presence and working of employees in the country.
  • Maintaining proper records regarding the employees.
  • Liaison with government authorities and businesses for many statutory / other registrations and their renewals.
  • Liaison with the firm's business customers and relevant government authorities to procure the various security passes for the entry of their employees into their premises.
  • Proactive and advance notification about any changes in government rules & regulations.
  • Participating actively in all areas of the Recruitment, Staff Retention, and resignation/termination processes.
  • Assisting in HR processes policies and procedures, disciplinary matters, appraisals etc.
  • Serving as a point of contact for staff queries on various HR issues.
  • Ensuring compliance of various organizational regulations.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with recruitment agencies and other recruitment sources.


  1. Familiar with the Kuwait Labor Law and relevant regulations.
  2. Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a HR or admin role.
  3. Knowledge in immigration /labor regulations
  4. Computer literacy
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  6. Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  7. Calm, courteous, professional, confident, and assertive and detail oriented.
  8. Respect for confidentiality and discretion.
