Marketing Coordinator

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Objectives: Duties range from basic administrative tasks to strategic planning for the department. A coordinator has a number of job specific goals that he must focus on in order to keep the company on track with its marketing plan.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate on all retention and Loyalty programs in line with the set plans.
  • Coordinate on all related activities in order to ensure alignment of the same with the Marketing strategy and the agreed action plan
  • Prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Develop necessary presentations, sales scripts and proposals in line with the Marketing set standards.
  • Prepare marketing reports to the management
  • Coordinate advertising ideas and promotion plans in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Identifying necessary data (i.e: market share, customer experience, etc…) and provide recommendations to the management.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Job Requirements:

  • Experience preferred
  • Computer Skills-To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and Microsoft Outlook, internet and website.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal  skills
  • Speak, read & write English, Arabic a plus
