Nikon iCenter
Kefan Optics has brought to Kuwait a first-of-its-kind optical store – ‘Nikon iCenter’ that aims to help customers experience the difference in vision by offering them the best experience in eye examination and services. This is a new concept and Kefan Optics is the first to introduce it outside of Japan and the region. Here the customer is approached in a professional way where his needs are studied, lens benefits are explained, tests are conducted, he’s given an experience of various lenses to see the difference for himself and then offered a personalized solution. It was a very exciting milestone for Nikon to set up the first iCenter in the region. What sets this store apart, is the way the customer is taken through a series of steps to find the best product to suit his or her individual needs.
