Return or Exchange When Purchasing from the Website
If you are not completely satisfied with what you have purchased or the gift you have received for any of the reasons described below, we are happy to offer you an exchange or return service in accordance with what you wanted to buy and receive from the products or refund the cost of the product that you do not want.
You can exchange or return the product within 24 hours from the date of the purchase invoice in the following cases:
- If another product was sent to you by mistake.
- If there is a defect in the product.
- If your order is missing some of the items you ordered - you can get a refund for the cost of the products that you did not receive.
- The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and inside their original packaging.
- The store has the right to refuse to replace or return damaged goods, or if it is impossible to return them to the condition they were in at the time of purchase or the impossibility of selling them to others.
- In the interest of the safety of our customers, we regret not replacing or retrieving contact lenses, solutions and other medical preparations that have been opened.
In some cases, we may ask you to send a picture of the ordered goods via e-mail to give you the right to exchange. Our customer service department will advise you; we are sorry that we are unable to return your shipping fee.
