  • Get your loyalty card from any Kefan Optics shop in Kuwait.
  • We will connect your loyalty card number with your file on our system.
  • Use this loyalty card when you purchase and start collecting points.
  • Points will be added to your loyalty card automatically depending on purchase amount and item.
  • You can redeem these points after collecting 2500 points.
  • Every 2500 points/10KD balance is valid to be used for one year only.

Points Collection!

  • Get 5 points for each 1KD you spend.
  • Collect 2500 Points and get 10KD in your balance.
  • Redeem your balance by using your loyalty card.

Terms & Conditions:

  • You can start redeeming your points only when your balance is 10KD or above.
  • Contact Lenses, Cords, cases, and accessories are not included.
  • Your points can not be redeemed as cash.
  • When you reach 2500 points/10 KD balance, your balance will be valid for one year only.
  • Each card can be used only by its original owner using his own file.
  • This program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. The program must not be used for any business or commercial purposes, and we may refuse to create an account for any reason.
  • Misuse of card will make your card invalid.
  • Sharing points between customers is not allowed.
  • Collecting points is not applicable with any invoice combined with insurance.
  • Points earned during any sale or promotion will be different than the original rate. (Terms and Conditions Applied)
  • Redeeming points is allowed during sale and promotions.
  • The points will only be added to your loyalty card after full payment of the invoice.
  • In case of making an order of medical glasses, the points will be added to your loyalty card only after the customer collect the glasses.
  • Each Loyalty Card is assigned with different serial number, and you are responsible for the security of your Card.
  • Kefan Optics will determine from time to time which goods purchased by you will earn Points including the number of Points awarded. Kefan Optics may from time to time at its sole discretion amend or impose additional conditions to redemption.
  • To redeem Points, you must show your Card at the time of purchase.
  • Redeemed Points cannot be used again.
  • By applying to join and/or joining our rewards program you agree that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any Terms posted on the Website as the same may be varied by Kefan Optics from time to time. Updated Terms supersede any terms agreed to by you and Kefan Optics. It is your responsibility to remain aware of any such updates. We will publish the latest Terms on our Website.

Returning Points:

  • If you still didn’t redeem your points:
    • In case of refund, your points that you earned during that purchase, will be deducted from your card.
    • In case of Exchange, your points will be recalculated according to your new items.
  • If you already redeemed your points:
    • In case of refund, you will only get back what you additionally paid. Your card balance that you used will go back to your card. Example: if you bought an item for 50KD, paying 40KD cash and 10KD by using your balance in loyalty card. In case of refund, you will get back 40KD in cash, and 10KD will go back to your card as a balance you can use in future.
    • In case of exchange, you will be able to use your points balance again, applying our terms and conditions.
